Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):
    Standard (3–7 business days) – Free Shipping
    Expedited (2–3 business days) – Flat rate [TBD at the checkout]
  • International Shipping (Canada):
    Standard International (7–15 business days) – Calculated at checkout
    Expedited International (5–7 business days) – Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s customs office.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • RANI RUCHE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
  • If you experience issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
  • If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
