Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (USA):
Standard (3–7 business days) – Free Shipping
Expedited (2–3 business days) – Flat rate [TBD at the checkout]
International Shipping (Canada):
Standard International (7–15 business days) – Calculated at checkout
Expedited International (5–7 business days) – Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s customs office.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

RANI RUCHE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
If you experience issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
